The John Pierce Centre is the only Deaf Catholic centre in Victoria, where Deaf and Hard of Hearing people and their families are supported and connected.
Deaf community members and their families are at the heart of the John Pierce Centre’s work. We know that there are approximately 3000 people throughout Victoria that use Auslan to communicate on a day to day basis.
The John Pierce Centre fosters connections in the deaf community through social groups, and offers pastoral care, family support and spiritual care to their community.
